Warranty Policy
All products come with one year warranty against manufacturer defect or failure, which is stated in the FAQ. This warranty covers replacement of the product. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purpose are not qualified for our warranty coverage. Youbatt.com is not responsible for any damage to other parts or personal or property injury as a result of using any of our products or as a result of defective products.
Return Policy
We’re proud to have a hassle-free return policy. Within 30 days after receipt of product(s), you may return the product(s) for a refund (all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable), exchange or replacement. After the 30 day limit, you can return product for replacement only due to manufacturer's defective or still under the first year warranty coverage.
All return should accompanied with a RMA number, otherwise no return will be accepted. The RMA number allows us to track your return much easier and faster. After receiving your RMA number, please pack the defective item(s) well with an invoice (copy). Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us unless we send wrong item(s) by our mistake, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped with standard shipping only.
